4. Configuració

4. Work Through the Clog: Continue rotating and pushing until the resistance lessens, indicating the clog has been broken up or retrieved.
5. Retrieve the Cable: Once the clog is cleared, slowly pull the cable back while rotating it counter-clockwise. This helps to clean the cable and prevent it from getting stuck.

5.2 Power Drill Operation

For tougher clogs or extended use, the DECA-25X can be attached to a power drill.

1. Attach Drill: Insert the 1/4" shank of the drain cleaner into the chuck of a power drill and tighten securely.
2. Set Drill to Low Speed: Always start with the drill set to a low speed and a forward (clockwise) rotation.
3. Insert and Advance: Loosen the quick-release lock. Feed the cable into the drain. Once resistance is met, tighten the quick-release lock.
4. Operar el trepant: Gently squeeze the drill trigger to rotate the cable while slowly pushing the drain cleaner forward. Do not force the cable. Allow the rotating tip to work through the obstruction.
