2. Informació de seguretat
Please read all safety instructions before using the Cisco IP Phone 8845. Failure to follow these instructions could result in fire, electric shock, or other injury or damage.
- Do not use this product near water or in wet locations.

3. Configuració
3.1 Instal·lació física
- Connecteu el telèfon: Connecteu un extrem del cable en espiral del auricular a l'auricular i l'altre extrem al port d'auricular de la base del telèfon.
- Connecteu-vos a la xarxa: Connect an Ethernet cable from your network switch or router to the "SW" (Switch) port on the back of the phone.
- Connect Power (if not using Power over Ethernet - PoE): If your network does not provide PoE, connect a compatible Cisco power supply (sold separately) to the power port on the back of the phone and then to a power outlet.
- Muntatge opcional a la paret: The Cisco IP Phone 8845 is wall mountable. Refer to the separate wall mount kit instructions for proper installation.
3.2 Configuració inicial
The Cisco IP Phone 8845 requires a Cisco Call Manager system to function. It cannot be simply plugged into a home network for service. Your network administrator will typically handle the initial configuration and registration of the phone with the Call Manager system.
Upon first boot, the phone will attempt to obtain an IP address via DHCP and register with the Call Manager. Ensure that DHCP, DNS, and ITL file configurations are correctly set up on your network for successful registration.
4. Instruccions de funcionament
4.1 Funcions de trucada bàsiques
- Fer una trucada: Lift the handset, press a line button, or press the Speakerphone button. Dial the number using the keypad.
- Respondre una trucada: Lift the handset, press the flashing line button, or press the Speakerphone button.

4.2 Video Calling
The Cisco IP Phone 8845 supports HD video calls. The integrated camera allows for face-to-face communication.
- Iniciar una videotrucada: When making or receiving a call, if the other party also has video capabilities, the video stream will automatically activate.
- Adjusting Camera: The camera can be manually angled for optimal viewing.
- Silenciar el vídeo: Use the on-screen controls or a dedicated button (if available) to turn off your video feed during a call.

4.3 Speakerphone and Headset Usage
- Altaveu: Press the Speakerphone button to activate or deactivate the speakerphone.
- Auriculars: Connect a compatible headset to the headset port. Press the Headset button to switch audio to the headset.
