4.2 Connecting the Receiver to Your Camera

1. Mount the receiver onto your camera's hot shoe. This provides a secure attachment point.
2. Connect one end of the provided DC2 camera connecting cable to the receiver.
3. Connect the other end of the cable to the remote control port (DC2 port) on your Nikon camera. This port is typically located on the side of the camera.

5.1 Basic Shutter Release Functions

The transmitter's main button functions as a two-stage shutter release:

• Delay Shooting: Introduces a delay before the shutter is released. The delay time can be set from 1 to 59 seconds, and the number of shots from 1 to 99.

5.3 Timer Schedule Shooting

This advanced mode allows for precise control over a sequence of shots, ideal for time-lapse photography or complex long exposures.

You can program the following parameters:

• Delay Time (DELAY): The initial delay before the first shot.
• Exposure Time (LONG): The duration the shutter remains open for each shot (especially in Bulb mode).
• Interval Time (INTVL): The time between each shot in a sequence.
• Number of Shots (N1): The total number of photos to be taken in one sequence.
• Repeat Interval (REPEAT): The interval between repeating entire sequences.
• Repeat Times (N2): The number of times the entire sequence (N1 shots) will be repeated.

Timer schedule shooting time can be set from 0 seconds to 99 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds. The number of shots can be set from 1 to 99.
