2. Informació important de seguretat

WARNING: Read all instructions before installing or using this heater. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

• Always disconnect power before servicing or cleaning the heater.
• Do not install the heater directly below a wall receptacle.
• Keep combustible materials such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from the front of the heater.

4. Configuració i instal·lació

• Maintain a minimum clearance of 6 inches (15 cm) from the floor and 12 inches (30 cm) from any adjacent walls or furniture.

• Ensure the mounting surface is flat and stable.

4.2 Electrical Connection (240V)

2. Remove wiring compartment cover: Unscrew and remove the cover plate on the heater's wiring compartment.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

The DIMPLEX LC4015W31 baseboard heater operates manually. It does not feature an integrated thermostat. For temperature control, an external wall-mounted thermostat (sold separately) is required.

5.1 Engegada inicial

1. Once installation is complete and all connections are secure, turn the power back ON at the circuit breaker.
2. If an external thermostat is connected, set it to the desired temperature. The heater will begin to warm up.
3. During the first few hours of operation, a slight odor may be present. This is normal and will dissipate quickly as manufacturing oils burn off. Ensure adequate ventilation during this period.
