2. Instruccions de seguretat
Seguiu sempre les precaucions de seguretat següents per evitar lesions o danys a l'equip:
- Seguretat elèctrica: Ensure the mixer is connected to a properly grounded 110V/60Hz/1-ph power supply with a 10 amp circuit, using the NEMA 5-15P plug. Do not use extension cords.
- Seguretat de l'operador: Keep hands, hair, and loose clothing away from moving parts during operation. Never reach into the bowl while the mixer is running.

3. Configuració

4. Instruccions de funcionament
- Càrrega d'ingredients: Lift the safety guard. Add your ingredients to the stainless steel mixing bowl. Ensure the maximum kneading capacity of 17.5 lbs is not exceeded.
- Close Safety Guard: Lower and secure the safety guard. The mixer will not operate if the guard is not properly closed.
- Estableix el temporitzador: Use the built-in timer to set the desired mixing duration. The timer allows for precise control over the mixing process.
- Inicia el mesclador: Press the 'START' button. The spiral hook will begin rotating at 185 RPM, and the bowl will rotate at 15 RPM.
