4. Configuració i instal·lació
Una instal·lació correcta és crucial per al rendiment i la longevitat de la bomba.
- Muntatge: Securely mount the pump on a stable, level surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the motor.
- Línia d'aspiració: Connect a rigid, airtight suction pipe to the pump's inlet. The suction line should be as short and straight as possible, with a foot valve at the end submerged in the water source. The pump can draw water from depths up to 9 meters.
- Delivery Line: Connect the delivery pipe to the pump's outlet. Install a check valve if the delivery line is long or has significant vertical lift.
- Cebament: Before first use, or if the pump runs dry, fill the pump body completely with water through the priming port until it overflows. Replace the priming plug securely.
- Connexió elèctrica: Connect the pump to a dedicated 220-230V, 50Hz power supply. Ensure proper grounding. A qualified electrician should perform the electrical connection.
5. Instruccions de funcionament
- Posada en marxa inicial: After priming, switch on the power supply. The pump should start drawing water and build pressure.
- Funcionament continu: Monitor the pump for unusual noises or vibrations. Ensure a continuous water supply to prevent dry running.
- Tancar: Turn off the power supply to stop the pump.
