5. Configuració
5.1 Instal·lació de la bateria
- Localitzeu el compartiment de la bateria a la part posterior del rellotge.
- Insert the required batteries (e.g., 2 x AA, not included) according to the polarity markings (+ and -).
- Tanqueu bé la tapa del compartiment de la bateria.
5.2 Initial Setup and Time Synchronization
Upon battery insertion, the clock will automatically attempt to receive the DCF77 radio signal to set the correct time and date. This process may take several minutes to an hour, depending on signal strength and location. The clock hands will move rapidly to the 12 o'clock position and then begin searching for the signal.
For optimal reception, place the clock near a window and away from electronic devices that may cause interference. A flashing radio signal icon on the LCD indicates that the clock is searching for the signal. Once synchronized, the icon will become steady.

6.1 Automatic Time Synchronization (DCF77)
The Renkforce HD-WRCL135 clock uses the DCF77 radio signal from Mainflingen, Germany, to automatically set and maintain accurate time. This signal also ensures automatic adjustment for daylight saving time (DST). The clock will periodically check and update its time to ensure precision.
6.2 Manual Time and Language Setting
In areas with poor DCF77 signal reception, or if you wish to set the language for the LCD display, you can manually adjust the clock:
- Locate the 'SET TIME' and 'REC' buttons on the back of the clock.
- Press and hold the 'SET TIME' button for approximately 3 seconds until the year appears on the LCD display.
- Press the 'REC' button to increase the displayed value. Press 'SET TIME' to confirm and move to the next setting (month, day, hour, minute).
- To set the language, continue pressing 'SET TIME' through the time and date settings without making changes until the language option appears.
- Use the 'REC' button to cycle through available languages (e.g., ENG, GER, FRA, ITA). Press 'SET TIME' to confirm your language selection.
- After setting the language, press and hold the 'REC' button for 3 seconds. The radio controller icon on the LCD will begin to flash.
- Immediately place the clock in its final desired location. Do not move it until the radio controller icon stops flashing and becomes steady. This indicates successful synchronization. This process typically takes about 10 minutes.

- Substitució de la bateria: Replace batteries when the clock hands stop moving or the LCD display fades. Always replace all batteries at the same time with new ones of the same type.
