Physical Features and Components

Components clau:

Guia de configuració

Follow these steps to set up your Mitel Aastra 6869i telephone.

1. Attach the Desk Stand: Align the desk stand with the slots on the back of the phone unit and snap it into place.
2. Connecteu el telèfon: Plug one end of the coiled handset cord into the handset and the other end into the handset port on the back of the phone unit (marked with a handset icon).

   • Plug one end of the Ethernet cable into the LAN port on the back of the phone (marked with a network icon).

5. Connect Headset (Optional): If using a headset, plug it into the dedicated headset port on the phone (marked with a headset icon).
6. Engegada inicial: The phone will power on and begin its boot sequence. This may take a few minutes. The display will show the boot progress and then the main idle screen once connected to the network and registered with your SIP server.

Funcions de trucada bàsiques

• Fer una trucada:
  1. Lift the handset, press the Speakerphone button, or press an available Line key.
  2. Marqueu el número desitjat amb el teclat numèric.
  3. Premeu el botó Marqueu tecla programable o espereu que la trucada es connecti automàticament.
• Respondre una trucada:
  1. When the phone rings, lift the handset, press the Speakerphone button, or press the flashing Line key.
• Finalització d'una trucada:
  1. If using the handset, place it back in the cradle.
  2. Si feu servir l'altaveu o els auriculars, premeu la tecla Finalitzar la trucada soft key or the Speakerphone/Headset button.

Advanced Call Functions

• Manteniu: Durant una trucada activa, premeu Aguanta soft key or dedicated Hold button. To resume, press the flashing Line key or the Currículum tecla suau.
• Transferència: Durant una trucada activa, premeu Xfer (Transfer) soft key or dedicated Transfer button. Dial the transfer destination number, then press the Transferència tecla programable de nou.
• Conferència: Durant una trucada activa, premeu Conf (Conference) soft key or dedicated Conference button. Dial the number of the third party, and once connected, press the Conf soft key again to join all parties.

Using the Display and Soft Keys

The color display provides visual information about calls, menus, and phone status. The soft keys located directly below the display change their function based on the current context. Their labels on the screen indicate their current action (e.g., Pickup, Conf, Xfer, Voicemail, Home).

Correu de veu

To access your voicemail, press the dedicated Correu de veu button. Follow the audio prompts to listen to messages, change greetings, or adjust settings.

Directori/Contactes

Access your phone's directory by pressing the Directori soft key or a dedicated button (if configured). Use the navigation cluster to scroll through contacts and press the Marqueu soft key to initiate a call.

Control de volum

Adjust the volume during a call using the Puja el volum i Baixa el volum buttons. When the phone is idle, these buttons control the ringer volume.

• Disconnect the phone from power before cleaning.
