Instruccions de funcionament
Taking a Weight Measurement
- Gently tap the center of the scale with your foot to activate it. The display will show "0.0".
- Once "0.0" is displayed, step onto the scale with bare feet, standing still and centered on the platform.
- Your weight will be displayed and then flash, indicating a stable reading.
- Step off the scale. The reading will hold for a few seconds before turning off automatically.
Understanding Body Composition Measurements
This scale estimates body fat, water percentage, muscle mass, and bone density. For these measurements, ensure your feet are clean and make good contact with the stainless steel sensors on the scale's surface. The scale uses Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) to estimate these values.
