Instruccions importants de seguretat

Quan utilitzeu aparells elèctrics, sempre s'han de seguir les precaucions bàsiques per reduir el risc d'incendi, descàrrega elèctrica i lesions a les persones, incloses les següents:

• No feu funcionar cap escalfador amb un cable o un endoll danyats o després que l'escalfador funcioni malament, s'hagi caigut o s'hagi danyat de cap manera. Torneu l'escalfador a un centre de servei autoritzat per a l'examen, l'ajust elèctric o mecànic o la reparació.
• No utilitzar a l'aire lliure.
• Aquest escalfador no està dissenyat per utilitzar-lo en banys, zones de bugaderia i llocs interiors similars. No ubiqui mai l'escalfador on pugui caure a una banyera o un altre recipient d'aigua.

Configuració i muntatge

Desembalatge:

Carefully remove the heater from its packaging. Retain the packaging for off-season storage.

Muntatge de les rodes:

1. Invert the heater carefully to access the base.
2. Locate the wheel brackets and align them with the designated slots at the bottom of the heater.
3. Insert the wheels into the brackets. Ensure they click securely into place.

Col·locació:

Place the heater on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is at least 3 feet (0.9 meters) of clearance from walls, furniture, and other objects to allow for proper air circulation and prevent fire hazards. Do not place the heater directly under a power outlet.

Instruccions de funcionament

Encès:

1. Ensure the heater is properly assembled and placed.
2. Connecteu el cable d'alimentació a una presa de corrent de 120 V CA amb connexió a terra.
3. Turn the thermostat knob (usually the larger one) to the maximum setting.
4. Turn the power setting knob (usually the smaller one) to your desired heat output:
   • I (Low): 600 watts
   • II (Medium): 900 watts
   • III (High): 1500 watts
5. El llum indicador d'encesa s'il·luminarà quan l'escalfador estigui encès.

Ajust del termòstat:

Once the room reaches your desired temperature, slowly turn the thermostat knob counter-clockwise until the heater turns off. The heater will now cycle on and off to maintain this temperature. For continuous heat, set the thermostat to its maximum setting.

Característiques de seguretat:

• Protecció contra el sobreescalfament: The heater will automatically shut off if it overheats. Unplug the heater, allow it to cool for 30 minutes, and then plug it back in. If it continues to shut off, contact customer service.
• Interruptor de captació: The heater is equipped with a safety switch that automatically turns the unit off if it is accidentally tipped over. Place the heater upright on a flat surface to resume operation.

Apagat:

Turn the power setting knob to the "OFF" position. Unplug the heater from the wall outlet when not in use for extended periods.

Manteniment

Neteja:

• Desendolleu sempre l'escalfador de la presa de corrent i deixeu-lo refredar completament abans de netejar-lo.
• Netegeu les superfícies exteriors de l'escalfador amb un drap suau iamp tela. No utilitzeu netejadors abrasius ni dissolvents.
• No submergiu l'escalfador en aigua ni deixeu que l'aigua gotegi a l'interior de l'escalfador.
• Clean the air intake and exhaust vents regularly with a vacuum cleaner attachment to remove dust and lint.

Emmagatzematge:

When storing the heater, ensure it is completely cool and dry. Utilize the built-in cord storage to wrap the power cord neatly. Store the heater in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original packaging, to protect it from dust and damage.
