Passos d'instal·lació
- Prepare the Dashboard Opening: Carefully remove the existing car stereo or blanking plate from your vehicle's dashboard. Use panel removal tools to avoid damaging the surrounding trim. Ensure the opening is clean and free of debris.
- Insert the Mounting Sleeve: Slide the Clarion mounting sleeve into the dashboard opening. Ensure the front edge of the sleeve is flush with the dashboard trim.
- Secure the Sleeve: Locate the metal tabs on the top, bottom, and sides of the mounting sleeve. Using a flathead screwdriver or similar tool, bend these tabs outwards to firmly grip the inside of the dashboard opening. Bend enough tabs to ensure the sleeve is held securely and does not move.
- Verifica l'ajust: Gently tug on the sleeve to confirm it is firmly seated. It should not wobble or slide.
- Install the Stereo: Once the sleeve is secure, you can proceed with installing your compatible Clarion car stereo receiver into the sleeve. Ensure all wiring connections are made correctly before sliding the stereo fully into place. The stereo will click into the sleeve's locking mechanism.
