1. Introducció

4. Configuració

Desembalatge i inspecció

1. Carefully remove the planer and all accessories from the packaging.

Attaching the Dust Extraction Adapter

The planer features a double-sided dust extraction port. Attach the universal dust extraction adapter to the desired side (left or right) to direct sawdust away from your work area. This adapter accommodates most standard dust hoses.

Installing the Rabbet Planer Guide or Parallel Fence Bracket

These accessories can be attached to the side of the planer to assist with specific planing tasks, such as creating rabbets or ensuring parallel cuts. Refer to the diagrams in the included accessory guide for proper attachment.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

Connexió d'alimentació

Ensure the planer's switch is in the OFF position before plugging the tool into a standard AC power outlet. The planer operates on AC power.

Adjusting Planing Depth

The adjustable depth knob on the front of the planer allows you to set the desired planing depth. It features 16 positive step settings for precise control. Rotate the knob to select the appropriate depth for your material removal needs.

Starting and Stopping the Planer

To start the planer, depress the safety lock-off button (if present) and then squeeze the trigger switch. To stop, release the trigger switch. Always ensure the planer is at full speed before contacting the workpiece.

Planing Technique

1. Assegureu-vos fermament la peça de treball.
2. Set the desired planing depth.
3. Start the planer and allow it to reach full speed.
4. Apply even pressure and move the planer smoothly across the workpiece in the direction of the wood grain.
5. For chamfering edges, utilize the V-shaped grooves on the front shoe of the planer.
6. When finished, lift the planer off the workpiece and release the trigger. Wait for the blades to stop completely before setting the tool down.

6. Manteniment

• Always disconnect the planer from the power source before cleaning.
• Use a soft brush or compressed air to remove sawdust and debris from the tool, especially around the motor vents and blade area.
