4.1 Unpacking and Initial Cleaning:

4. Select the desired attachment (kneading hook, mixing beater, or whisk). Align the attachment with the shaft and push upwards, then turn slightly to lock it into place.
5. Lower the motor head by pressing the release lever again and gently pushing the head down until it clicks into position.
6. Attach the splash guard lid to the mixing bowl, ensuring it fits snugly.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1 Funcionament general:

1. Ensure the appliance is correctly assembled and the motor head is locked down.
2. Add your ingredients to the mixing bowl. The maximum capacity for dough is 3.5 kg.
