Familiarize yourself with the different parts of your WaveLink system:

- Receptor: The plug-in unit that produces the chime sound and features LED indicators. It has buttons for volume control and chime selection.
- Transmitter (Door Sensor): The battery-powered unit consisting of two magnetic parts. When separated, it sends a signal to the receiver.
Configuració i instal·lació
Your WaveLink system is designed for easy, wire-free installation. The sensor and receiver are typically pre-paired out of the box. If you need to re-pair, change the tune, or add additional sensors/receivers, follow the steps below.
1. Choosing a Chime and Adjusting Volume
- Plug the receiver into any standard electrical outlet.
- Premeu el botó Up Tune or Down Tune button on the receiver to cycle through the 58 available chimes.
- Premeu el botó Volum button on the receiver to cycle through the 5 volume levels, including a mute mode.
2. Pairing the Sensor (if needed)
If your sensor is not paired or you are adding a new one:

- Within 5 seconds of the receiver entering pairing mode, trigger the transmitter by separating its two magnetic parts.
- The receiver will sound the selected chime, indicating successful pairing. If it does not pair, ensure the transmitter is triggered within the 5-second window and try again.

3. Muntatge del sensor
The sensor can be mounted using the included double-sided tape or screws.
- Choose a clean, dry surface on your door or window frame.
- Attach the larger part of the sensor to the door/window frame and the smaller magnetic part to the door/window itself.
- Ensure the two parts are aligned and the gap between them is less than 14mm when the door/window is closed.

The system offers a wireless range of up to 500 feet (152 meters), allowing flexible placement of the receiver.

Funcionament
Once installed and paired, the Fosmon WaveLink system operates automatically.
- Door/Window Monitoring: When the magnetic sensor parts separate (e.g., a door or window opens), the transmitter sends a signal to the receiver.
- Chime Alert: The receiver will then play the selected chime and its LED indicator will flash, alerting you to the entry.
- Control de volum: Adjust the volume as needed using the dedicated button on the receiver. There are 5 levels, including a silent (mute) mode.
- Indicadors LED: The built-in LED indicator provides a visual alert, which is particularly beneficial for the hearing impaired.

Manteniment
To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your Fosmon WaveLink system:
- Neteja: Wipe the receiver and sensor with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Substitució de la bateria: The transmitter uses 1 AA battery. Replace the battery when the sensor's LED indicator no longer flashes or the signal becomes unreliable.
- Condicions ambientals: While the sensor is weather-resistant (IP44), avoid prolonged exposure to extreme conditions.
