Configuració
1. Initial Activation and Battery
Your watch comes with a pre-installed Lithium Metal battery. To activate the watch, ensure any plastic battery tab is removed. If the watch is not running, the battery may need to be replaced or activated. Refer to the Maintenance section for battery replacement.

Funcionament del rellotge
1. Seguiment d'activitat
The watch continuously tracks your steps, distance, and estimated calories burned throughout the day. The sub-dial on the watch face displays your progress towards a daily step goal, which can be set in the Timex Connected app.
2. Syncing Data
A view detailed activity data and trends, open the Timex Connected app on your smartphone. The watch will automatically sync its stored data with the app when it is within Bluetooth range and the app is open or running in the background. Manual syncing options may also be available within the app.

Manteniment
1. Neteja
