Connecting Quick Connect Fittings
Quick connect fittings simplify installation. Follow these steps to connect and disconnect tubing:
- Per connectar: Insert the tubing a half-inch deep into the fitting. The tubing will lock into place. For added security, insert a locking clip around the collar of the inner sleeve.
- Per desconnectar: Shut off the feed water inlet and turn on the connected faucet to release pressure. Remove the locking clip (if used). Press the collar inward and pull the tubing outward simultaneously.
