3. Configuració
3.1. Instal·lació de la bateria
- Locate the battery compartment on the back of the GLUCOCARD Shine meter.

3.2. Preparing the Lancing Device

4. Operating Instructions (Performing a Blood Glucose Test)
Follow these steps to perform a blood glucose test:
- Wash and Dry Hands: Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water, then dry them completely. This helps prevent infection and ensures an accurate sample.
- Prepareu el mesurador: Insert a new GLUCOCARD Shine test strip into the test strip port of the meter. The meter will automatically turn on and display a blood drop symbol, indicating it is ready for a blood sample. The meter requires no manual coding.
- Obteniu una sang SampLI: Press the prepared lancing device firmly against the side of your fingertip and press the release button. A small drop of blood will form.
- Apply Blood to Test Strip: Gently touch the tip of the test strip to the blood drop. The blood will be drawn into the strip automatically. Ensure the blood sample completely fills the reaction area of the test strip. The meter requires only 0.5 microliters of blood.
- Llegir resultats: The meter will begin a 5-second countdown. After 5 seconds, your blood glucose result will appear on the display.

5. Manteniment i cura
