4. Instruccions de configuració

Follow these steps to set up your LINDY USB 2.0 4 Port CAT.5/6 Extender:

1. Connect the Transmitter Unit: Connect the USB 2.0 Type A/B cable from your computer's USB port to the USB Type B port on the LINDY Transmitter unit.

Ensure the cable is securely seated in both ports. For optimal performance and to achieve the maximum extension distance of 50m, use good quality CAT6 UUTP Solid Core cable. Using different cable types or introducing wall plates, couplers, or patch panels may reduce the possible distance.

Muntatge de les unitats

Both the Transmitter and Receiver units feature integrated mounting brackets. These can be used to secure the units to a surface, such as a wall or desk, using appropriate screws (not included) for a more permanent and tidy installation.

5. Funcionament

The LINDY USB 2.0 4 Port CAT.5/6 Extender is designed for Plug & Play operation. Once all connections are made as described in the Setup section, your computer should automatically detect the connected USB devices.
