Configuració

1. Carregant la bateria

The lithium-ion battery is partially charged upon shipment. Fully charge the battery before first use to ensure maximum runtime and battery life.

1. Connect the charger (H) to a standard electrical outlet.
2. Insert the charger plug into the charging port on the tool's handle.
3. The battery charge indicator (D) lights will illuminate to show charging status. All lights will be solid when fully charged.
4. Charging typically takes approximately 3-5 hours for a full charge. Do not overcharge the battery.

2. Fixació/desmuntatge de les fulles

The tool comes with two interchangeable blades: a grass shear blade and a hedge trimmer blade.

Per connectar una fulla:

1. Ensure the tool is OFF and unplugged from the charger.
2. Align the desired blade (E or F) with the blade housing on the tool.
3. Push the blade firmly into the housing until it clicks securely into place. Ensure the blade release button (G) is not pressed during insertion.
4. Gently pull on the blade to confirm it is locked.

2. Press and hold the blade release button (G).
3. While holding the button, slide the blade out of the housing.

Instruccions de funcionament

2. To start the tool, press and hold the safety lock button (A) located on the side of the handle.
3. While holding the safety lock button, squeeze the ON/OFF trigger switch (B). The blades will begin to move.
4. Release the safety lock button (A) once the tool is running. The tool will continue to operate as long as the ON/OFF trigger switch (B) is pressed.

2. Stopping the Tool

To stop the tool, simply release the ON/OFF trigger switch (B). The blades will stop moving.

3. Using the Grass Shear Blade

The grass shear blade is ideal for trimming grass in areas inaccessible to a lawnmower, such as around flowerbeds, fences, or along edges.

• Hold the tool firmly with both hands if possible, or one hand if comfortable and safe.
• Keep the blade parallel to the ground or desired cutting surface.
• Move the tool slowly and steadily through the grass. Avoid forcing the blade through thick or wet grass.

4. Using the Hedge Trimmer Blade

The hedge trimmer blade is suitable for shaping and trimming small hedges, shrubs, and ornamental plants.

• Hold the tool firmly, ensuring a stable grip.
• Cut small amounts at a time. Do not attempt to cut branches thicker than 0.25 inches (6 mm).
• Move the tool in a sweeping motion, maintaining a consistent distance from the hedge for an even cut.
• For best results, trim the top of the hedge first, then the sides.

CAUTION: Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, gloves, and sturdy footwear, when operating the tool.
