3. Configuració
3.1 Instal·lació de la bateria
- Locate the battery compartment on the side of the monitor.
- Obriu la tapa de la bateria.
- Introduïu les 4 piles AAA, assegurant-vos de la polaritat correcta (+/-).
- Tanqueu la tapa de la bateria amb seguretat.
3.2 Col·locació del maneguet
La col·locació correcta del maneguet és crucial per a unes lectures precises.
- Sit in a chair with your back straight and your palm facing upward.
- Apply the cuff directly on your upper arm, ensuring it is snug but not too tight.
- Rest your arm on a table or surface so the cuff is at heart level.
- Place your feet flat on the floor; do not cross them.

3.3 Configuració de l'aplicació OMRON Connect
The OMRON Evolv monitor connects wirelessly via Bluetooth to the free OMRON connect app.
- Download the free OMRON connect app from your device's app store.
- Follow the in-app instructions to pair your OMRON Evolv monitor via Bluetooth.
- Once paired, your readings will automatically sync to the app.

4. Instruccions de funcionament
4.1 Prendre una mesura
- Ensure the cuff is correctly placed on your upper arm as described in Section 3.2.
- Premeu el botó INICI/PARA button on the monitor. The cuff will begin to inflate.
- Estar quiet i no parlar durant la mesura.
- The monitor will display your Systolic, Diastolic, and Pulse readings once complete.

4.2 Comprensió de les lectures
The monitor provides clear digital readings. Refer to the OMRON Connect app for detailed interpretation and historical data.
- Systolic (SYS): El número superior, que indica la pressió a les artèries quan batega el cor.
- Diastolic (DIA): El número inferior, que indica la pressió a les artèries entre els batecs.
- Pols: Your heart rate, measured in beats per minute (BPM).
- The monitor may also display symbols for irregular heartbeat or incorrect measurement. Consult your physician if you frequently observe irregular heartbeat symbols.

5.1 Neteja
- Netegeu el monitor i el braçalet amb un drap suau i sec.
- No utilitzeu netejadors abrasius ni submergiu la unitat en aigua.
5.2 Emmagatzematge
- Guardeu el monitor en un lloc fresc i sec, allunyat de la llum solar directa i de temperatures extremes.
