Introducció

The Hasbro Gaming Monopoly Classic Game is a timeless board game designed for 2 to 8 players, aged 8 and up. The objective is to become the wealthiest player by buying, renting, and selling property. This manual provides detailed instructions to ensure a clear and enjoyable gaming experience.

Instruccions de configuració

1. Desplega el tauler de joc: Place the gameboard on a flat surface. Note that the board folds in four sections, which may result in slight creases.
2. Cartes separades: Separate the Chance cards from the Community Chest cards. Shuffle each deck and place them face down on their designated spaces on the gameboard.
3. Designate the Banker: One player is chosen as the Banker. The Banker is responsible for all money and property not yet owned. The Banker also handles auctions and collects taxes/fines. The Banker may also play, but must keep personal funds separate from the Bank's.

Funcionament (Joc)

Objectiu del joc

The goal of Monopoly is to be the last player remaining with money and property, driving all other players into bankruptcy.

Jugant el joc

1. Començar el joc: Each player rolls both dice. The player with the highest total goes first. Play proceeds clockwise.
2. Torn del jugador: On your turn, roll both dice and move your token clockwise around the board the number of spaces indicated by the dice.
3. Aterratge en espais:
   • Propietat sense propietari: You may buy the property for the price printed on the board. If you decline, the property is immediately auctioned off by the Banker to the highest bidder.
   • Propietat: If another player owns the property, you must pay them rent according to the Title Deed card. Rent increases if the property is part of a color set, has houses, or hotels.
   • Chance o Caixa comunitària: Draw the top card from the respective deck and follow its instructions. Return the card to the bottom of the deck after use, unless instructed otherwise.

   • "Go to Jail" Space: Move your token directly to the "Jail" space. Do not collect $200 for passing "GO". Your turn ends.
   • "Jail" Space: If you land on "Jail" during normal play, you are "Just Visiting" and incur no penalty. If sent to Jail, you cannot move until you pay a fine, use a "Get Out of Jail Free" card, or roll doubles.
   • Aparcament gratuït: This is a safe space with no action required.
4. Dobles: If you roll doubles, take your turn as usual. You may roll again. If you roll doubles three times in a row, you immediately go to Jail.
5. Buying Houses and Hotels: Once you own all properties in a color group, you can buy houses and hotels. Houses must be built evenly across the properties in a color group. Hotels can only be built after four houses are on each property in a color group.
6. Selling Property and Mortgaging: You can sell undeveloped properties, railroads, and utilities to other players or mortgage them to the Bank for half their value. Houses and hotels must be sold back to the Bank before properties can be mortgaged.
7. Fallida: If you owe more money than you can pay, you are bankrupt and out of the game. All your assets are turned over to the player you owe or to the Bank.

Guanyant el joc

The game ends when only one player remains solvent. That player is the winner.

Manteniment i cura
