1. Introducció

The BenQ PD3200U is a 32-inch 4K UHD (3840x2160) IPS monitor designed for creative professionals. It features AQCOLOR technology, ensuring absolute color precision with 100% sRGB/Rec.709 color space coverage and Delta E ≤ 3 accuracy. This monitor is factory-calibrated and Pantone Validated, providing reliable color performance for various design applications. Key features include a Hotkey Puck for quick mode switching, DualView for side-by-side comparisons, and specialized display modes such as CAD/CAM, Animation, and Darkroom. 2. Configuració

2.2 Muntatge del monitor

Carefully remove the monitor and its components from the packaging. Attach the stand base to the stand pillar, then secure the assembled stand to the back of the monitor panel. Ensure all connections are firm. The monitor also supports VESA wall-mount options (100x100mm) for alternative mounting solutions.

2.3 Connexió a l'ordinador

The BenQ PD3200U offers multiple connectivity options. Connect your computer to the monitor using one of the provided cables:

• DisplayPort (DP) to mini DisplayPort (mDP) 1.2: For 4K resolution at 60Hz.
• HDMI 2.0: For 4K resolution at 60Hz.
• USB 3.0: Connect the USB upstream cable from your computer to the monitor to enable the integrated USB hub and KVM switch functionality.

3. Instruccions de funcionament

3.1 Encès/Apagat

Premeu el botó d'engegada situat a la part inferior dreta del monitor per engegar-lo o apagar-lo. L'indicador lluminós d'engegada s'il·luminarà quan el monitor estigui actiu.

3.2 Ajustaments ergonòmics

The PD3200U features a highly adjustable stand for optimal viewcomoditat:

3.3 AQCOLOR Technology and Color Modes

The PD3200U incorporates BenQ's AQCOLOR technology for precise color reproduction. It supports 100% sRGB and Rec.709 color spaces, ensuring accurate and consistent colors for various applications.

Specialized Designer Modes:

3.4 Hotkey Puck

The included Hotkey Puck provides quick access to frequently used settings and modes. You can customize its three function buttons to switch between display modes (e.g., sRGB, CAD/CAM, Darkroom), adjust brightness, or control contrast, enhancing workflow efficiency.

3.5 Keyboard Video Mouse (KVM) Switch

The integrated KVM switch allows you to control two different computer systems using a single keyboard, mouse, and the PD3200U monitor. Connect both systems to the monitor's video inputs and the USB upstream ports. This feature is ideal for users who switch between multiple workstations.

4. Manteniment

4.1 Neteja del monitor

• Apagueu sempre el monitor i desconnecteu el cable d'alimentació abans de netejar-lo.
• Utilitzeu un drap suau i sense pelusa dampesbandida amb aigua o un netejador de pantalles suau i no abrasiu.
• No ruixeu el netejador directament sobre la pantalla.
• Avoid using harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive materials, as these can damage the screen and casing.

4.2 Atenció general

• Keep the monitor away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, or humidity.
• Assegureu-vos d'una ventilació adequada al voltant del monitor per evitar el sobreescalfament.
• Eviteu col·locar objectes pesats sobre el monitor o els seus cables.
• Manipuleu el monitor amb cura per evitar danys físics.

5. Solució De Problemes

5.1 No hi ha imatge a la pantalla

• Check if the power cable is securely connected to the monitor and the power outlet.
• Ensure the video cable (DisplayPort or HDMI) is firmly connected to both the monitor and your computer.
• Verifiqueu que l'ordinador estigui encès i que no estigui en mode de repòs.
• Try selecting the correct input source on the monitor using the OSD (On-Screen Display) menu.

5.2 Pantalla parpellejant

• Ensure your video cable is properly connected and not damaged. Try a different cable if possible.
• Actualitzeu els controladors de la vostra targeta gràfica a la darrera versió.
• Check the monitor's refresh rate settings in your computer's display settings. Ensure it is set to the recommended value (e.g., 60Hz for 4K UHD).
• If using a KVM switch, ensure all connections are stable and the switch is functioning correctly.
