Using the Leg Developer:

The integrated leg developer allows for leg extensions and leg curls. Load Olympic-sized weight plates onto the 2-inch weight post. Secure plates with a collar. For leg extensions, sit on the bench with your shins under the top foam rollers and your knees aligned with the pivot point. Extend your legs upwards.
