1. Introducció

The KIMEX 030-1200 is a professional mobile floor stand designed for LCD/LED televisions ranging from 37 to 70 inches (94 – 178 cm). This stand offers versatility and functionality, making it suitable for various professional applications such as videoconferencing, presentations, or public displays. It features adjustable height, tilt, and swivel capabilities, along with two removable shelves for accessories. The integrated self-locking wheels ensure both mobility and stability.

2. Informació de seguretat

• Capacitat de pes: Do not exceed the maximum supported weight of 50 kg for the screen and 5 kg per shelf. Overloading can cause instability and damage.
• Muntatge: Ensure all components are securely fastened according to the assembly instructions. Improper assembly can lead to product failure.
• Estabilitat: Always engage the brakes on the wheels when the stand is stationary to prevent accidental movement.

4. Muntatge i muntatge

Seguiu aquests passos amb atenció per a un muntatge correcte. Es recomana que hi hagi dues persones per muntar el televisor.

1. Desempaquetar components: Traieu amb cura totes les peces de l'embalatge i col·loqueu-les sobre una superfície suau i neta per evitar ratllades.
2. Muntar la base: Attach the support legs to the central base column. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely. Lock the wheels to prevent movement during assembly.
3. Attach the Main Column: Secure the main support column to the assembled base using the provided hardware.
4. Install VESA Bracket: Attach the VESA mounting bracket to the main column. Ensure it is oriented correctly for your desired screen position.
5. Muntar el televisor: Carefully attach your TV to the VESA mounting bracket. Ensure your TV's VESA pattern (min 200x200, max 600x400) is compatible. Secure all TV mounting screws.
6. Fixar prestatges: Mount the upper and central shelves to the main column at your desired heights. These shelves are removable and height-adjustable.
7. Gestió de cables: Route all cables through the integrated cable management system within the main column for a neat and organized setup.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

• Adjusting Screen Height: The screen height can be adjusted from 120 cm to 160 cm (measured to the center of the screen). Loosen the height adjustment mechanism, set the desired height, and re-tighten securely.
• Tilting the Screen: The screen can be tilted +/-10 degrees. Loosen the tilt adjustment knobs on the VESA bracket, set the desired angle, and re-tighten.
• Swiveling the Screen: The screen can be oriented horizontally or vertically (0° to +90° rotation). Loosen the swivel mechanism, rotate the screen to the desired orientation, and secure it.
• Ús dels prestatges: The upper and central shelves can be adjusted in height or removed as needed. Ensure devices placed on shelves do not exceed the 5 kg weight limit per shelf.
• Moure el suport: To move the stand, unlock all four wheels. Carefully push the stand to its new location. Once in position, engage the brakes on all wheels to secure the stand.

6. Manteniment

• Neteja: Netegeu el suport amb un suau, damp drap. Eviteu productes de neteja abrasius o dissolvents que puguin danyar l'acabat.
• Comprovació de fixació: Reviseu periòdicament tots els cargols i perns per assegurar-vos que romanen ajustats. Torneu a apretar-los si cal per mantenir l'estabilitat.
• Inspecció de rodes: Inspect the wheels for any debris or damage that might hinder smooth movement. Clean or replace as needed.

7. Solució De Problemes

• El suport és inestable:
  • Assegureu-vos que tots els cargols de muntatge estiguin completament apretats.
  • Verifiqueu que el suport estigui sobre una superfície plana i anivellada.
  • Check that the TV weight does not exceed 50 kg and shelf weights do not exceed 5 kg.
• Difficulty Adjusting Height/Tilt/Swivel:
  • Ensure the locking mechanisms or knobs are fully loosened before attempting adjustment.
  • Do not force adjustments; if resistance is met, re-check the mechanism.
• Les rodes no giren suaument:
  • Check for debris (hair, dust) caught in the wheels and clean them.
