3. Configuració

3.1 Desembalatge

3.2 Col·locació

Position the monitors in your listening environment. For nearfield monitoring, place them at an equilateral triangle with your listening position, with the tweeters at ear height. Ensure adequate space around the monitors for proper heat dissipation and acoustic performance.

3.3 Connexions

Connect your audio source (e.g., audio interface, mixer) to the monitor's input using a balanced XLR or 1/4-inch TRS cable. The KH 80 DSP features a combo jack for input.
Connect the power cable to the monitor and then to a suitable power outlet.

3.4 DSP Control Application

The KH 80 DSP monitors can be controlled and calibrated using a dedicated application. This application is currently available for iOS devices only. Download the Neumann Control app from the Apple App Store to access advanced features such as room correction and equalization.

4. Instruccions de funcionament

4.1 Engegada/apagada

Ensure all connections are secure before powering on. Use the power switch located on the rear panel of the monitor to turn it on or off. The monitor may have an automatic standby feature.

Adjust the input sensitivity or volume directly from your audio source. The KH 80 DSP does not feature an external volume knob. Fine-tuning of levels can be done via the Neumann Control app.

Note: The control application is exclusively for iOS devices. Android support is not available.

5. Manteniment

5.1 Neteja

To clean the monitor, use a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners, aerosols, or solvents, as these may damage the cabinet or electronic components. Ensure the monitor is powered off and disconnected from the power source before cleaning.

5.2 Emmagatzematge
