3.1 Tail Cap Switch Functions
The ProTac HL-X features a tactical tail cap switch for controlling the light output.
- Momentània activada: Lightly press the tail cap switch. The light will remain on as long as the switch is held. Release to turn off.
- Encès constant: Fully press the tail cap switch until it clicks. Press again to turn off.
3.2 User-Selectable Programs (TEN-TAP® Programming)
The ProTac HL-X offers three user-selectable programs to customize the sequence of light modes. To change programs, rapidly tap the switch 9 times (within 0.4 seconds per tap) and hold it down on the 10th tap. The light will flash to indicate the program change. Release the switch to select the new program.
- Program 1 (Factory Default): High > Strobe > Low
- Programa 2: High Only
- Programa 3: Baix > Mitjà > Alt
Each tap cycles to the next mode in the sequence. For example, in Program 1, a quick tap will go from High to Strobe, another quick tap to Low, and another back to High.
