Configuració

- Pour vacuum pump oil (not included) into the oil reservoir until the oil level is between the 'OIL' and 'LEVEL' marks on the sight glass. Do not overfill.

- Connexió elèctrica: Connect the power cord to a suitable electrical outlet (110/220 V, 50/60 Hz). Ensure the power switch is in the 'OFF' position before connecting.
Instruccions de funcionament
- Connexió al sistema: Attach the vacuum pump to the system requiring evacuation using appropriate hoses and fittings. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks.
- Inici de la bomba: Turn the power switch to the 'ON' position. The pump will begin to operate.
- Monitor de buit: Observe the system's vacuum gauge to monitor the evacuation process. Allow the pump to run until the desired vacuum level is achieved (e.g., 15 microns for ultimate vacuum).

- Close the valve between the pump and the system.
- Turn the power switch to the 'OFF' position.
- Disconnect the hoses from the pump.
Manteniment
- Canvis d'oli: Regularly check the oil level and clarity through the sight glass. Change the vacuum pump oil after every 10-20 hours of operation or if it appears discolored or contaminated. Refer to the oil fill instructions in the Setup section.
- Neteja: Keep the exterior of the pump clean and free of debris. Do not use harsh chemicals that may damage the finish.
- Emmagatzematge: When not in use, store the pump in a clean, dry environment. Ensure all ports are capped to prevent contamination.
