4. Guia de configuració
4.1 Connexió al subministrament d'aire
- Ensure your air compressor is capable of providing the required air pressure (5-7 bar) and air flow (54 l/min).
- Connect a suitable air hose (not included) to the riveter's 1/4" air inlet. The inlet features a 360° swivel for flexible use.

4.2 Installing Rivet Nozzle

5.1 Rivet Selection

- Steel Rivets: Maximum diameter 3.2mm is recommended.
Always ensure the rivet diameter matches the installed nozzle and the material thickness of your workpiece.
5.2 Riveting Procedure
- Connect the air supply to the riveter.
- Insert the rivet mandrel (the pin) into the selected nozzle until it seats firmly.
- Place the rivet body into the pre-drilled hole in your workpiece. Ensure the rivet head is flush against the material.
- Press the riveter firmly against the workpiece, ensuring the nozzle is perpendicular to the surface.
- Squeeze the trigger to activate the tool. The tool will pull the rivet mandrel, forming the rivet head on the blind side of the workpiece.
- Continue holding the trigger until the mandrel snaps off. The spent mandrel will be ejected from the rear of the tool into the collection container.
- Release the trigger and remove the tool from the newly set rivet.
- Periodically empty the spent mandrel collection container.
