Configuració
1. Hydration Bladder Preparation
Before first use, rinse the 1.8L hydration bladder thoroughly with warm water and a mild soap. Ensure all soap residue is removed. Fill the bladder with water or your preferred hydration fluid. The bladder's hourglass shape and internal baffle are designed to minimize sloshing during movement.

2. Vest Adjustment and Fit
The Vaporhowe vest is designed for an apparel-like, body-mapped fit. To achieve the best fit:
- Loosen all adjustable straps on the vest.
- Put on the vest and close the sternum straps.
- Adjust the sternum straps so they are approximately 5 to 7 inches apart, ensuring a comfortable fit across your chest.
- Tighten the side and shoulder straps until the vest fits snugly against your body without restricting breathing or movement. The vest should feel like a second skin, minimizing bounce during activity.

Instruccions de funcionament
Hidratació
The 1.8L hydration bladder is stored in a dedicated compartment on the back of the vest. Thread the hydration tube through the designated opening and secure the bite valve to one of the front straps using the magnetic clip for easy access while running.

Manteniment
Cleaning the Vest
Hand wash the vest with mild soap and cold water. Do not bleach. Hang to dry away from direct sunlight. Do not iron or tumble dry. Regular cleaning helps maintain the fabric's breathability and extends the life of the vest.
Cleaning the Hydration Bladder
After each use, empty the bladder completely. Rinse the inside of the bladder and the tube with warm water. For thorough cleaning, use a bladder cleaning kit (not included) or a mixture of warm water and baking soda/lemon juice. Ensure the bladder is completely dry before storage to prevent mold and mildew. You can prop it open with a paper towel or a bladder drying rack.
