The Einhell TC-SY 600 S electric paint spraying system is designed for efficient application of varnish, glaze, and indoor wall paints on medium to large work surfaces. This semi-stationary system offers flexibility and ease of use for various painting tasks. Its design prioritizes user comfort and straightforward cleaning, making it suitable for both novice and experienced users.

Configuració

1. Preparar la zona de treball: Ensure the area is clean, well-ventilated, and protected from overspray. Cover any surfaces not intended for painting.
2. Prepara la pintura:
   • Stir the paint thoroughly.
   • Use the provided viscosity test container to check the paint's consistency. Fill the container with paint and time how long it takes for the paint to flow out completely. Refer to your paint manufacturer's recommendations for ideal viscosity.
   • If the paint is too thick, dilute it with the appropriate thinner (water for water-based paints, mineral spirits for oil-based paints) until the desired viscosity is achieved.
3. Ompliu el recipient de pintura: Unscrew the paint container from the spray gun. Pour the prepared paint into the 800 ml container. Securely reattach the container to the spray gun.
4. Select and Install Nozzle: Choose the appropriate nozzle based on the paint type and desired spray pattern. Attach it securely to the spray gun.
5. Connectar la mànega d'aire: Connect one end of the 1.8 m air hose to the spray gun and the other end to the main motor unit. Ensure connections are firm.

Instruccions de funcionament

1. Encès: Switch on the main motor unit. The motor will start, and air will flow through the hose to the spray gun.
2. Ajustar el patró de polvorització: The spray nozzle can be adjusted to produce three different patterns:
   • Vertical Fan: Per a superfícies horitzontals.
   • Horizontal Fan: Per a superfícies verticals.
   • Circular Jet: For small areas or corners.
   Rotate the air cap on the spray gun to select the desired pattern.

3. Adjust Paint Quantity: Use the integrated paint quantity control dial on the spray gun to regulate the amount of paint being sprayed. Start with a lower setting and increase as needed.
4. Spray de prova: Before painting your actual project, perform a test spray on a piece of scrap material to check the spray pattern and paint flow. Adjust settings until satisfied.

   • Hold the spray gun at a consistent distance (typically 6-10 inches) from the surface.
   • Move the spray gun in smooth, even strokes, overlapping each pass slightly.
   • Release the trigger at the end of each stroke to avoid paint buildup.
   • Apply multiple thin coats rather than one thick coat to prevent drips and ensure even coverage.
6. Apagar: Once painting is complete, switch off the main motor unit.

Manteniment

Proper cleaning after each use is essential for the longevity and optimal performance of your paint spraying system.

1. Contenidor de pintura buit: Disconnect the power. Unscrew the paint container and pour any remaining paint back into its original can or dispose of it properly.
2. Esbandida inicial: Fill the empty paint container with the appropriate cleaning solution (water for water-based paints, thinner for oil-based paints). Reattach the container and spray the cleaning solution through the gun until it runs clear. Dispose of the cleaning solution responsibly.
3. Desmuntar i netejar:
   • Unscrew and remove the spray head and nozzle.
   • Use the provided cleaning brush to clean the riser pipe and the inside of the paint container.
   • Use the cleaning needle to clear any blockages in the spray nozzle.
   • Thoroughly clean all disassembled parts with the appropriate cleaning solution.
4. Assecar i tornar a muntar: Allow all components to dry completely before reassembling the spray gun.
5. Emmagatzematge: Store the paint spraying system in a clean, dry place, away from extreme temperatures and out of reach of children.
