1. Introducció
This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your AGPTEK RFID Door Access Control System. This system is designed to enhance security by controlling access to designated areas using RFID cards, passwords, or a combination of both. Please read this manual thoroughly before installation and use to ensure proper functionality and safety.
2. Components del producte
The AGPTEK Door Access Control System includes the following main components:
- RFID Keypad: The primary interface for entering access codes or presenting RFID cards.
- Electromagnetic Lock: Provides secure locking mechanism for the door.
- Power Supply Control: Manages power distribution and lock control.

3. Configuració i instal·lació
Proper installation is critical for the reliable operation of your access control system. It is recommended that installation be performed by a qualified technician. Ensure all power is disconnected before beginning installation.
3.1 Precaucions de seguretat
- Disconnect all power sources before wiring.

- Mount components in locations protected from extreme weather conditions.
- Verify local electrical codes and regulations are met.
3.2 Mounting the Electromagnetic Lock
The electromagnetic lock consists of two main parts: the electromagnet and the armature plate. The electromagnet is typically mounted to the door frame, and the armature plate to the door itself. Ensure precise alignment for optimal holding force.
- Determine the optimal mounting position on the door frame and door.
- Securely attach the electromagnet to the door frame using the provided screws.
- Attach the armature plate to the door, ensuring it aligns perfectly with the electromagnet when the door is closed. Use any included L-brackets or Z-brackets as needed for proper alignment.
3.3 Mounting the RFID Keypad
Mount the RFID keypad at a convenient height near the door, typically on the wall or door frame adjacent to the door.
- Choose a suitable indoor or protected outdoor location.
- Drill holes for mounting screws and wiring.
- Secure the keypad to the wall using the provided screws.
3.4 Mounting the Power Supply Control
Install the power supply control unit in a secure, dry location, preferably indoors and close to a power outlet.
- Select an appropriate mounting surface.
- Secure the power supply control unit using screws.
3.5 Mounting the Exit Button
Mount the exit button on the inside of the secured area, near the door, at an easily accessible height.
- Choose a convenient location on the inside wall or door frame.
- Drill holes and secure the exit button.

- Connecteu el +12V i GND terminals of the keypad to the corresponding +12V i GND terminals on the power supply.
- Connecteu el NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed) terminal of the keypad to the electric lock, depending on your lock type and desired operation (fail-safe or fail-secure).
- Connecteu el EMPUJAR terminal of the power supply to the exit button.
- Connecteu el CAMPANA1 i CAMPANA2 terminals of the keypad to an external doorbell if desired.
- Ensure the power supply is connected to an AC110-240V source.
4. Instruccions de funcionament
4.1 Obrir la porta
- Ús d'una contrasenya: Enter your valid 4-6 digit password on the keypad, then press '#'. The door will unlock for a set duration.
- Using an RFID Key Fob: Present a programmed RFID key fob to the RFID reader area on the keypad. The door will unlock.
- Using the Exit Button: From inside the secured area, press the exit button. The door will unlock immediately.
4.2 Indicadors d'estat del sistema
- Green LED (POWER/OK): Indicates the system is powered on and operating normally. Flashes upon successful access.
- Red LED (LOCK): Indicates the lock status. Typically solid when locked, off when unlocked.
- Zumbador: Sounds for valid/invalid entries and during programming.
5. Guia de programació
The system requires programming to add or remove user access credentials (passwords and RFID key fobs). Refer to the specific keypad model's detailed programming instructions for exact sequences. The following are general steps:
5.1 Entrar al mode de programació
Typically, you enter programming mode by entering a master code (default often 123456 or 999999) followed by a specific key (e.g., '#'). The keypad will usually indicate programming mode with a specific LED or sound.

- Entra al mode de programació.
- Press the command for adding a user password (e.g., '1').
- Enter a new 4-6 digit user password.
- Press '#' to confirm.
- Repeat for additional passwords or exit programming mode.
5.3 Add RFID Key Fob
- Entra al mode de programació.
- Press the command for adding an RFID card/fob (e.g., '2').
- Present the new RFID key fob to the keypad's reader area.
- The keypad will beep to confirm successful addition.
- Repeat for additional fobs or exit programming mode.
5.4 Eliminar usuari
Users can typically be deleted individually by their password/card number or all at once.

- Press the command for deleting a user (e.g., '3').
- Enter the user's password or present their RFID key fob to delete.
- Confirmeu la supressió.
- Sortir del mode de programació.
5.5 Exit Programming Mode
Press '*' or a specific exit key to leave programming mode and return to normal operation.
6. Manteniment
- Neteja: Wipe the keypad and other components with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Comprovació de la connexió: Periodically inspect wiring connections for looseness or corrosion.
- Lock Alignment: Ensure the electromagnetic lock and armature plate remain perfectly aligned for maximum holding force. Adjust if necessary.
- Font d'alimentació: Verify the power supply unit is free from dust and has adequate ventilation.
