3. Configuració i emparellament
The Centralite Water Sensor features a "pull-to-pair" mechanism for easy integration with your Zigbee HA 1.2 certified smart home hub.

4. Col·locació i instal·lació
Proper placement is crucial for effective leak detection. The sensor should be placed directly on the ground in areas prone to water leaks.
- Ubicacions recomanades: Near water heaters, under sinks, next to washing machines, dishwashers, refrigerators with ice makers, toilets, and in basements.
- Tipus de superfície: Place the sensor on any non-conductive surface such as granite, glass, brick, or tile. The conductors on the underside of the sensor must make direct contact with any pooling water.

5. Funcionament
Once installed and paired, the Centralite Water Sensor continuously monitors for the presence of water. When water is detected, the sensor will send an alert to your connected smart home hub, which can then trigger notifications on your smartphone or other configured actions.

6. Manteniment
Canvi de bateria
The Centralite Water Sensor uses one CR2 Lithium battery, which provides up to 2 years of life under normal usage conditions. When the battery level is low, your smart home hub will typically send a notification.
