Configuració
- Localitza el port OBDII: The OBDII port is typically located under the dashboard on the driver's side of the vehicle. Refer to your vehicle's owner's manual if you cannot locate it.
- Connecteu l'escàner: With the vehicle's ignition turned OFF, firmly plug the scanner's OBDII connector into the vehicle's OBDII port.
- Encès: Turn the vehicle's ignition to the "ON" position without starting the engine. The scanner will automatically power on and display the main menu.

- Ensure the scanner is properly connected and powered on.
- From the main menu, use the "SCROLL" button to navigate to "Read Codes" and press "ENTER/Exit".
- The scanner will begin scanning for codes. Once complete, it will display any detected DTCs.
- Use the "SCROLL" button to view multiple codes if present. Each code will typically be accompanied by a brief description.
- To understand the full meaning of a DTC, refer to a comprehensive OBDII code database or the included manual's code definitions.

- After diagnosing and resolving the issue causing the DTC, you can clear the codes.
- From the main menu, use the "SCROLL" button to navigate to "Erase Codes" and press "ENTER/Exit".
- The scanner will prompt for confirmation. Select "YES" and press "ENTER/Exit" to clear the codes.
- This action will turn off the Check Engine Light (MIL) and reset the OBD2 system.
Viewing I/M Readiness Status
The I/M (Inspection/Maintenance) Readiness function indicates if the various emissions-related systems on the vehicle are operating correctly and have completed their self-tests. This is crucial for emission testing.
- From the main menu, use the "SCROLL" button to navigate to "I/M Readiness" and press "ENTER/Exit".
- The display will show the status of various monitors (e.g., Misfire Monitor, Fuel System Monitor, Catalyst Monitor). "OK" indicates the test is complete, "INC" indicates incomplete, and "N/A" indicates not applicable.
