1. Introducció

The HBN 24 Hour Programmable Mechanical Timer Plug Switch is designed to automate the power supply to your indoor electrical appliances. By setting specific ON and OFF times, you can control when devices such as lamps, fans, or other home appliances receive power, helping to conserve energy and enhance convenience.

4. Instruccions de configuració

Follow these steps to set up your HBN Mechanical Timer:

Select the Operating Mode:
Locate the red slide switch on the side of the timer. Move the switch to the 'Timer' position for programmed operation. Move it to the ENCÈS position for continuous power, bypassing the timer settings.

Set ON/OFF Periods:
The clock dial is surrounded by small push pins. Each pin represents a 15-minute interval. To set a period when the appliance should be ON, premeu els pins corresponents cap avall. To set a period when the appliance should be OFF, leave the pins in the up position. You can set up to 48 ON/OFF programs per day.

Rotate the entire clock dial en sentit horari until the arrow on the timer aligns with the current time. The dial is marked from 1 to 24 hours. Ensure you differentiate between AM and PM if using a 12-hour reference (e.g., 1 PM is 13, 6 PM is 18).

Plug In and Connect Appliance:
Plug the HBN timer into a standard UK wall socket. Then, plug the appliance you wish to control into the grounded outlet on the front of the timer.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

Once set up, the timer will operate according to your programmed schedule. The clock dial will continuously rotate, and the appliance will turn ON or OFF as the current time indicator passes over the pushed-down or up pins.

Operació cronometrada: When the slide switch is in the 'Timer' position, the connected appliance will turn ON during the periods where pins are pushed down and turn OFF when pins are in the up position.
Anulació manual: If you need the appliance to be continuously ON, regardless of the timer settings, move the slide switch to the 'ON' position. This bypasses the timer mechanism.
Llum indicadora: The red indicator light will illuminate when the timer is actively supplying power to the connected appliance.

6. Manteniment

To clean the timer, disconnect it from the power outlet and wipe it with a dry, soft cloth.

7. Solució De Problemes
