Introducció

This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the installation, operation, programming, and maintenance of your Weiser SmartCode 10 Keyless Entry Deadbolt Lock. Please read this manual thoroughly before installation and use to ensure proper function and security.

Configuració i instal·lació

Passos d'instal·lació:

1. Prepara la porta: If replacing an existing lock, remove it. Ensure the door frame is properly prepared for the strike plate.

   • With the door open and unlocked, press the "Lock" button on the keypad.

Instruccions de funcionament

Programació de codis d'usuari:

The lock supports up to 16 user codes and one master code. The master code is used to add or delete user codes and should be kept confidential.

1. Set Master Code (First Time Only):
   • Obriu la tapa de la bateria al conjunt interior.
   • Premeu el botó "Programa" una vegada.
   • Enter a new 4-8 digit master code on the keypad.
   • Premeu el botó "Bloqueja".
   • Re-enter the master code.
   • Press the "Lock" button. A successful programming will be indicated by a green flash and a beep.

SmartKey Re-keying Instructions

The SmartKey feature allows you to re-key your lock to a new key in seconds. This is useful if you want to match your lock to an existing key or if you lose a key.

1. Introduïu completament la clau funcional al cilindre.

3. Insert the SmartKey tool firmly into the SmartKey hole.

Manteniment

• Substitució de la bateria: When the batteries are low, the lock will emit a series of beeps and the keypad will flash red after locking/unlocking. Replace all four AA batteries promptly.
• Neteja: Clean the keypad and exterior finish with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents, which can damage the finish.
• Lubricació: Periodically lubricate the latch bolt and deadbolt mechanism with a silicone-based lubricant to ensure smooth operation. Do not lubricate the key cylinder.
