Configuració i connexions
The boost converter features screw terminals for both input and output connections, ensuring secure and convenient wiring.

Instruccions de cablejat:
- Identify the input terminals labeled IN+ i EN-. Connect your DC power source (8.5V to 50V) to these terminals. Ensure correct polarity.
- Identify the output terminals labeled SORTIDA+ i OUT-. Connect your load (e.g., LED driver, digital product) to these terminals.
- Use appropriate wire gauges for your current requirements to prevent overheating.
Instruccions de funcionament
This module allows for continuous adjustment of both output voltage and constant current limit using onboard potentiometers.

Figura 2: superior view indicating the Voltage Adjustment (CV-ADJ) and Current Regulation (CC-ADJ) potentiometers.
Vol. De sortidatage Adjustment (CV-ADJ):
- Locate the potentiometer labeled CV-ADJ.
- A reduir el vol de sortidatage, turn the CV-ADJ potentiometer en sentit horari.
- A augmentar el vol de sortidatage, turn the CV-ADJ potentiometer en sentit antihorari.
Constant Current Adjustment (CC-ADJ):
- Locate the potentiometer labeled CC-ADJ.
- Before connecting the load, turn the CC-ADJ potentiometer counter-clockwise approximately 30 turns to minimize the output current.
- Connect your load.
- Then, turn the CC-ADJ potentiometer en sentit horari to set the desired current limit.
- Nota: If using the module to charge a battery, connect it to the output only after the battery is completely discharged to ensure proper charging current.
Manteniment
To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your boost converter, consider the following maintenance guidelines:
- Dissipació de calor: The module is equipped with heat sinks. If operating at higher currents (above 8A input or 7A output) or in high ambient temperatures (above 85℃), ensure adequate airflow or additional cooling measures (e.g., a fan) to prevent overheating.
- Neteja: Keep the module free from dust and debris, which can impede heat dissipation and affect component performance.
- Connexions: Periodically check all screw terminal connections to ensure they remain tight and secure. Loose connections can lead to arcing and damage.
Resolució de problemes
This section addresses common issues you might encounter with the boost converter.
- Sense Vol de sortidatage:
- Comproveu que l'entrada voltage is within the specified range (DC 8.5V to 50V).
- Check all wiring connections for correct polarity and secure contact.
- Ensure the CV-ADJ potentiometer has not been adjusted to its minimum setting.
- Output Current Too Low/High:
- Adjust the CC-ADJ potentiometer as described in the "Operating Instructions" section.
- Note that the maximum output current is related to the input and output voltage difference. A larger voltage difference may result in a smaller maximum output current.
- Sobreescalfament:
- Reduce the load current if it exceeds the recommended limits (8A input, 7A output without additional cooling).
- Ensure adequate ventilation around the module. Consider adding a cooling fan if operating continuously at high power.
- Nota important de seguretat: Aquest mòdul does not have reverse input protection. Connecting the input power with reverse polarity will damage the module. Always double-check polarity before applying power.
Dimensions
For integration into your projects, refer to the physical dimensions of the module:
