5. Configuració

Follow these steps to set up your PLX-500-K turntable for the first time.

5.1 Desembalatge i col·locació

5.2 Assembling the Turntable

1. Install the Platter: Carefully place the platter onto the center spindle. Ensure it sits securely.
2. Place the Slipmat: Lay the included slipmat on top of the platter.
3. Attach the Headshell: Insert the headshell (with cartridge and stylus pre-installed) into the front end of the tonearm. Turn the locking ring clockwise to secure it.
4. Attach the Counterweight: Slide the counterweight onto the rear of the tonearm. Rotate it to adjust the tracking force.

5.3 Tonearm Calibration

Proper tonearm calibration is crucial for optimal sound quality and to prevent damage to your records and stylus.

1. Zero Balance the Tonearm:

6. Funcionament

This section details how to operate your PLX-500-K turntable for playing records and digital integration.

6.1 Reproduint un disc

1. Encès: Turn the POWER switch to the ON position.
2. Seleccioneu la velocitat: Press the 33, 45, or 78 RPM button corresponding to the record you wish to play. The selected speed indicator will illuminate. Use the included adapter for 45 RPM EP records.

The PLX-500-K allows you to easily record your vinyl collection to digital files on your computer using the USB output and rekordbox software.
