Configuració i primer ús

Abans d'utilitzar la màquina d'espresso per primera vegada, seguiu aquests passos:

Neteja: Wash the water tank, portafilter, filter baskets, and drip tray with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.

Encebar la bomba: Place a cup under the portafilter outlet (without coffee). Turn the rotary knob to the coffee symbol and press the coffee brewing button. Let water run through for about 30 seconds to prime the pump and rinse the system. Repeat for the steam wand by turning the knob to the steam symbol.

Elaboració d'espresso

Preescalfament: Turn on the machine using the ON/OFF button. Allow it to preheat for approximately 2-3 minutes until the indicator light is steady.
Preparació del portafiltre: Insert the desired filter basket (single or double shot) into the portafilter. Fill with finely ground espresso coffee.

Tamp Cafè: Utilitzeu la tamppremeu els mòlts de cafè fermament i uniformement. Netegeu l'excés de cafè de la vora.

Elaboració d'espresso: Place one or two preheated cups under the portafilter spouts. Press the coffee brewing button. The machine will dispense espresso. Press the button again to stop brewing when the desired amount is reached.

Treure el portafiltre: After brewing, carefully remove the portafilter by turning it to the left. Discard the used coffee grounds.

Frothing Milk for Cappuccino/Latte

Preparar la llet: Fill a stainless steel frothing pitcher with cold milk (preferably whole milk) to about one-third full.
Activa Steam: Turn the rotary knob to the steam symbol. Wait for the steam indicator light to illuminate steadily.

Neteja la vareta de vapor: Netegeu immediatament la vareta de vapor amb aiguaamp cloth to prevent milk residue from drying. Briefly open the steam valve again to clear any internal milk.

To dispense hot water, ensure the machine is heated. Place a cup under the steam wand. Turn the rotary knob to the hot water symbol. Hot water will dispense from the steam wand. Turn the knob back to the neutral position to stop.

Manteniment i Neteja

Neteja diària

Vareta de vapor: Clean immediately after frothing milk as described in the operating instructions.
Exterior: Netegeu l'exterior de la màquina amb un damp tela. No utilitzeu netejadors abrasius.

Descalcificació

Depending on water hardness and frequency of use, descaling should be performed every 2-3 months. Use a commercial descaling agent suitable for espresso machines and follow the manufacturer's instructions. Always rinse the machine thoroughly with fresh water after descaling.
