3. Preparació

Before applying the degreaser, ensure the following:

Follow these steps for effective and safe application of Ecolab Grease Express™ Fast Foam Degreaser:

1. Aplicació de polvorització: Spray the product directly onto the food preparation or food cooking surface that needs to be cleaned.
2. Temps d'estada: Allow the product to penetrate baked-on grease deposits for 1 to 5 minutes. The exact dwell time depends on the thickness of the grease deposits. Do not let the product dry on the surface.
3. Esborrar: Wipe off the dissolved soil using a clean cloth or a dedicated grease pad.
4. Esbandida: Rinse the cleaned surface thoroughly with potable water to remove all chemical residue.
