Refer to the following diagram for correct wiring connections. Ensure all connections are secure and properly insulated.

- AC Input (L, N, FG): Connect your 220V AC power source to these terminals. FG is for Frame Ground.
- Vol. Alttage Output (LASER): Connecteu l'alt voltage output to your CO2 laser tube. This connection carries high voltage and must be handled with extreme caution.
- Control Signals (H, L, P, G, IN, 5V): These terminals are for connecting to your laser controller board.
- H (Switch Laser Control Active High): For laser control via high-level signal.
- L (Switch Laser Control Active Low): For laser control via low-level signal.
- P (Water Protection): Connect to your water protection sensor. The laser will not fire if water flow is not detected.
- G (Signal Ground): Common ground for control signals.
- IN (Input Control Signal 0-5V): For analog power control (0-5V).
- 5V (Output Power 5V): Provides 5V output for external devices.
- For Laser Signal Input: Typically an RJ45 port for specific controller connections.
4.2 External Ammeter Connection
The power supply supports an external ammeter for real-time current monitoring. Connect the ammeter as shown below.

The external ammeter provides a digital display for current output and status indicators for water protection and laser signal. The trimmer potentiometer on the ammeter allows for fine-tuning of the current.

5. Instruccions de funcionament
5.1 Engegada/apagada
- Ensure all connections are correct and secure before applying power.
- Turn on the main power switch to the laser machine. The power supply will initialize.
- To power off, turn off the main power switch.
5.2 Laser Test Function
The power supply includes a "TEST" button for manually checking the laser output. This is useful for troubleshooting or initial setup.
- Locate the red "TEST" button on the power supply unit.
- Press and hold the button to activate the laser output. The laser will fire at a low power setting.
- Release the button to stop the laser output.
- Precaució: Never look directly into the laser beam. Always wear appropriate laser safety glasses when performing this test.
5.3 Ajust de corrent
The laser output current can be adjusted using the trimmer potentiometer on the external ammeter. Rotate the knob to increase or decrease the current as needed for your application. Monitor the current display on the ammeter during adjustment.
