2. Configuració de l'hora i la data

1. From the time display mode, press and hold the SET / RECALL botó fins que la pantalla parpellegi.
2. Premeu el botó MODE button to cycle through the settings: seconds, minutes, hours, 12/24-hour format, year, month, day.

1. Visualització del temps

The watch defaults to time display mode. It shows the current time, day of the week, and date. Press the INDIGLO button to illuminate the display in low light conditions.

2. Cronògraf (Cronòmetre)

1. Premeu el botó MODE repetidament fins que aparegui "CHRONO" o una icona de cronòmetre a la pantalla.
2. Premeu START / SPLIT per començar a cronometrar.
3. Premeu START / SPLIT again to record a split time (the running time continues in the background).

3. Temporitzador

1. Premeu el botó MODE repetidament fins que aparegui "TEMPORITZADOR" o una icona de temporitzador.
2. Mantén premut SET / RECALL to set the desired countdown time. Use MODE to select digits and START / SPLIT or ATURAR / REINICIAR per ajustar-se.
3. Premeu SET / RECALL per confirmar.
4. Premeu START / SPLIT per començar el compte enrere. Sonarà una alarma quan el temporitzador arribi a zero.

4. Alarma

3. Premeu SET / RECALL per confirmar.
