1. Introducció

The GameSir T1d Gamepad is a dedicated remote controller designed to enhance the flight experience of your DJI Tello Drone and Tello EDU Drone. This controller provides precise physical controls, offering a more intuitive and responsive way to operate your drone compared to touchscreen controls. It integrates seamlessly with the Tello App, providing a comfortable grip and tactile feedback for improved maneuverability and control during flight.

4. Configuració

4.1 Càrrega del controlador

1. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging port on the GameSir T1d controller.

3. The indicator light on the controller will show charging status. Refer to the controller's specific LED indicators for full charge notification.

4.2 Pairing with DJI Tello Drone via Tello App

The GameSir T1d controller connects to your mobile device via Bluetooth and then communicates with the Tello drone through the Tello App. Follow these steps for successful pairing:

1. Ensure your mobile phone is switched on and has the latest DJI Tello App installed.

4. Open the DJI Tello App on your mobile phone.
5. Navigate to the App's Configuració menú.
6. Busca Bluetooth Controller Settings or a similar option.
7. The app should detect the GameSir T1d controller. Select it to initiate pairing. Do not attempt to pair the controller directly through your phone's general Bluetooth settings; always pair within the Tello App.
8. Once the controller is connected within the app, switch on your DJI Tello Drone.
9. On your mobile phone, go to your Wi-Fi settings and connect to the Tello drone's Wi-Fi network. Confirm if prompted about no internet access.
10. Return to the Tello App. You should now see the drone's camera feed, indicating a successful connection.

4.3 Attaching Your Mobile Device

The controller features an integrated phone clip to securely hold your smartphone, providing a consolidated control experience. Gently extend the clip and insert your mobile device. Ensure your device is securely seated before operating the drone. Note that some larger phone models or tablets may not fit the clip.

5. Funcionament del controlador

Once paired, the GameSir T1d controller provides tactile control over your DJI Tello Drone. The Tello App includes a dedicated screen that illustrates the function of each button and joystick on the controller. Familiarize yourself with these controls before flight.

• Joystick esquerre: Typically controls altitude (up/down) and yaw (rotation left/right).
• Joystick dret: Typically controls pitch (forward/backward) and roll (sideways left/right).
• Botons d'acció (A, B, X, Y): Used for various in-app functions, such as taking photos, recording videos, or executing intelligent flight modes. Refer to the Tello App for specific assignments.
• Botons d'espatlla (L1, R1, L2, R2): May be assigned to quick actions or fine-tuning controls within the app.
• D-Pad: Can be used for menu navigation or specific directional commands.

Always ensure a stable connection between the controller, your mobile device, and the drone before takeoff. Practice basic maneuvers in a safe, open area.

6. Manteniment

• Neteja: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the surface of the controller. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents.

• Cura de la bateria: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the controller's battery frequently. If storing for extended periods, charge the battery to approximately 50-60% every three months. Note that some users have reported battery drain even when the remote is off; ensure to charge it before each use if you experience this.
