The Arebos Heavy Duty Shelving Unit is designed for organizing storage in various environments such as utility rooms, basements, garages, or offices. It features a robust galvanized alloy steel frame and five adjustable MDF shelves, offering a total load capacity of 875 kg.

4. Assembly Instructions (Plug-in System)

The Arebos shelving unit features a tool-free plug-in system for easy assembly. No screws are required.

4.1. Muntatge pas a pas

1. Prepara la zona: Choose a clear, flat, and stable surface for assembly.
2. Attach Plastic Feet: Place the plastic feet onto the bottom ends of the vertical support beams. These protect your floor and provide initial stability.
3. Muntar el marc base: Connect the horizontal support beams to the vertical beams to form the base of the shelving unit. Ensure the tabs on the horizontal beams securely slot into the corresponding holes on the vertical beams. A rubber mallet (not included) can be used to gently tap connections into place if needed.
4. Insert First Shelf: Place an MDF shelf onto the assembled base frame.
5. Add Intermediate Levels: Continue to attach horizontal support beams for the desired shelf heights. The shelf height is fully adjustable. Insert the central crossbars into the horizontal beams for each shelf level to enhance stability.
6. Place Remaining Shelves: Once the frame for a level is complete, place an MDF shelf onto it. Repeat for all five shelves.
7. Marc superior complet: Finish by attaching the top horizontal support beams to the vertical beams.
8. Comprovació final: Ensure all connections are secure and the unit is stable. Gently push and pull the unit to check for any wobbling.

4.2. Opcions de configuració

The shelving unit can be assembled in two primary configurations:

• Tall Unit: A single, five-shelf unit measuring 180 cm in height.
• Two Half-Height Workbenches: The unit can be split into two separate, shorter units, each with 2-3 shelves, suitable for use as workbenches.

5. Funcionament i ús

Once assembled, the shelving unit is ready for use.

• Carregant: Place items on the shelves, ensuring that the weight is distributed as evenly as possible. Avoid concentrating heavy loads in one small area.
• Ajust de prestatgeries: To adjust shelf height, unload the shelf, carefully disassemble the horizontal beams for that level, reposition them to the desired height, and reassemble.
