Height Customization
To adjust the chair's height, locate the lever on the right side of the chair. Lift this lever upwards while applying or releasing weight from the seat to move the chair up or down to your desired height. Release the lever to lock the height in place.

Recline and Tension Adjustment
The chair features easy-to-reach controls for adjusting recline settings and tension. To unlock the recline function, flip the left lever downwards. To adjust the recline tension, twist the knob located underneath the seat. This allows for a personalized fit and comfort level.

Swivel and Mobility

For general cleaning, spot clean the microfiber fabric as needed. Use a mild detergent and a soft cloth, gently dabbing the affected area. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these may damage the upholstery. Allow to air dry completely.

Regularly check all bolts and screws to ensure they are tight. Periodically clean the casters to prevent debris buildup, which can hinder smooth movement. Avoid exposing the chair to direct sunlight for prolonged periods to prevent fading of the fabric.
Resolució de problemes
Chair Does Not Adjust Height

- Check if the gas lift cylinder is functioning correctly. If the chair consistently sinks or does not hold its height, the gas lift may need replacement.
Chair Does Not Recline
- Verify that the recline lock lever is disengaged (flipped downwards).

Casters Do Not Roll Smoothly
- Inspect casters for hair, dust, or other debris. Clean them thoroughly.
- Ensure casters are securely attached to the chair base.
Unstable or Wobbly Chair
- Check all assembly bolts and screws. Tighten any loose fasteners.
- Ensure the chair base is properly assembled and seated on the gas lift.
