The extra-large dust cup should be emptied regularly to maintain suction power. To empty, press the dust cup release button and hold the dust cup over a trash bin. Press the bottom release latch to open the bottom of the dust cup and empty debris. Close the bottom flap and reattach the dust cup to the handheld vacuum.

The Shark ZS351 uses washable foam and felt filters. It is recommended to clean these filters monthly for best performance.

3. Rinse the filters with cold water until the water runs clear.

If your vacuum is not performing as expected, check the following:

• Sense energia: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into an electrical outlet. Check the circuit breaker if necessary.
