Configuració
1. Carregant la bateria
The Makita DDF 482 RTJ comes with two 18V 5.0 Ah Lithium-ion batteries and a compatible charger (DC18RC). Ensure batteries are fully charged before first use.

2. Instal·lació/extracció de la bateria
- Per instal·lar: Align the battery pack with the grooves in the tool's handle and slide it in until it clicks into place.

3. Installing/Removing a Drill Bit or Driver Bit

Instruccions de funcionament
1. Selecció de la velocitat
The drill driver has a 2-speed mechanical gearbox:
- Velocitat 1 (baixa velocitat): 0-600 RPM. Ideal for heavy-duty drilling (larger holes), driving large screws, or applications requiring high torque.
- Velocitat 2 (Alta velocitat): 0-1900 RPM. Suitable for light-duty drilling (smaller holes) and faster driving of smaller screws.
Use the speed selector switch located on top of the tool to choose the desired speed. Ensure the tool is stopped before changing speeds.
2. Adjusting Torque
The torque adjustment ring allows you to set the clutch to one of 21 settings, or to drill mode. This prevents over-tightening of screws and damage to the workpiece or screw head.
- Rotate the ring to align the desired torque number with the arrow on the tool body. Lower numbers are for smaller screws or softer materials; higher numbers are for larger screws or harder materials.
- For drilling, set the ring to the símbol del trepant (no clutch action).

4. Reversing Rotation
