Charging the Pocket Charger
Before first use, fully charge your IQOS 2.4 Plus Pocket Charger. Connect the Pocket Charger to a power outlet using the provided USB cable and power adapter. The battery status lights on the Pocket Charger will blink to indicate charging progress and turn solid when fully charged.
Charging the Holder
Once the Pocket Charger is charged, insert the IQOS Holder into the Pocket Charger. The small LED on the Pocket Charger corresponding to the Holder will blink white to indicate charging. It will turn solid white when the Holder is fully charged and ready for use.

Inserting the Tobacco Stick
Gently insert a tobacco stick into the IQOS Holder, ensuring the tobacco end faces downwards. Do not twist the tobacco stick when inserting it, as this may damage the heating blade.
Starting the Heating Process
Press and hold the Holder button until you feel a vibration and the LED light starts pulsing white. This indicates the heating process has begun.

Once the Holder is ready, the LED light will turn solid white and you will feel a second vibration. The device is now ready for use.
Ending the Experience
The experience typically lasts for approximately 6 minutes or 14 puffs, whichever comes first. You will feel a third vibration and the LED light will pulse white before turning off, indicating the end of the experience.
Removing the Tobacco Stick
Slide the cap of the Holder upwards, then remove the used tobacco stick. Do not twist the stick when removing it.
Recharging the Holder
Place the Holder back into the Pocket Charger for recharging. The Pocket Charger will automatically begin recharging the Holder for the next use.

Regular cleaning of your IQOS 2.4 Plus device is crucial for optimal performance and taste. It is recommended to clean the Holder after every 20 tobacco sticks.

Ensure the Holder has cooled down completely before cleaning. Wait at least 30 seconds after the last use.
Using the Cleaning Tool
Remove the cap from the Holder. Insert the IQOS Cleaning Tool into the Holder and gently twist it to remove any tobacco residue from around the heating blade. Do not apply excessive force or twist the heating blade itself.
Using Cleaning Sticks
Use an IQOS Cleaning Stick to gently clean the inside of the Holder cap and around the heating blade. Be careful not to bend or break the heating blade.
