Configuració

Follow these steps to assemble your fondue maker:

  1. Place the electric warming base on a stable, heat-resistant, and dry surface.
  2. Position the plastic serving tray on top of the warming base. Ensure the power cord is routed through the designated opening in the tray.
  3. Insert the removable metal melting pot into the central cavity of the serving tray.

    • For Cheese: Bread (French bread, baguette), apples, tart apples, crackers, bacon & sausage.

Neteja i Manteniment

Proper cleaning ensures the longevity and hygiene of your fondue maker:

  1. Always ensure the appliance is unplugged and completely cooled before attempting to clean.
  2. Remove the metal melting pot and plastic serving tray from the warming base.
  3. Wash the melting pot, serving tray, and dipping forks with warm, soapy water. The non-stick interior of the pot and the smooth plastic surfaces make cleaning easy.
  4. Wipe the electric warming base with a damp tela. Do not immerse the warming base or its cord in water or any other liquid.
  5. Ensure all components are thoroughly dry before reassembling or storing.

Resolució de problemes

Si teniu algun problema, consulteu les solucions habituals següents:

  • Chocolate not melting or clumping: Ensure the control dial is set to "Melt" initially. If the chocolate is too thick, add a small amount of shortening or vegetable oil. For very hard chocolate, it may be beneficial to pre-melt it partially in a microwave-safe bowl before transferring it to the fondue pot.
  • Chocolate hardening on "Warm" setting: The "Warm" setting is designed to maintain a melted state. If the chocolate begins to harden, briefly switch the dial back to "Melt" until it softens, then return to "Warm". Ensure the chocolate is stirred periodically.
  • L'aparell no s'encén: Check that the power cord is securely plugged into both the appliance and a working electrical outlet. Ensure the control dial is not set to "Off".
