4. Instruccions de funcionament
4.1 Fueling the Grill
The Traeger Pro 22 uses 100% all-natural hardwood pellets. Always use genuine Traeger Wood Pellets for best results and flavor.
- Open the pellet hopper lid located on the left side of the grill.
- Fill the hopper with your desired flavor of hardwood pellets. The 18-lb hopper supports extended smoking sessions.

4.2 Initial Startup (Seasoning)
Before cooking food for the first time, it is essential to season your grill to burn off any manufacturing oils and prepare the cooking surfaces.
- Ensure the grill is plugged into a grounded 120V AC outlet.
- Turn the Digital Pro Controller dial to "Smoke" setting.
- Allow the grill to preheat for approximately 45 minutes, or until smoke production subsides.
- Increase the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and run for another 20 minutes.
- Turn the grill off using the "Shut Down Cycle" setting.
4.3 Cooking Operation
The Digital Pro Controller allows for precise temperature management.
- Turn the dial to your desired cooking temperature (180°F to 450°F). The controller holds temperatures within +/- 15°F.
- For smoking, select the "Smoke" setting for optimal wood-fired flavor.
- Use the built-in meat probe to monitor internal food temperatures without opening the lid. Plug the probe into one of the two available ports.

5. Manteniment i cura
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your Traeger grill.
5.1 Cleaning the Grill Grates
