3. Configuració i instal·lació
Proper installation is crucial for optimal performance. The HiBoost App and LCD display on the booster unit will guide you through the process, helping you fine-tune the best output and monitor signal strength in real-time. A "soft installation" is recommended initially to identify any potential issues before permanent mounting.
3.1. HiBoost App Assisted Installation
The HiBoost App simplifies the installation process by providing step-by-step videos and instructions. It allows you to monitor and view the booster's real-time data, ensuring proper setup and optimal signal gain. Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity enable remote monitoring.

3.2. Outdoor Antenna Placement
The outdoor directional antenna should be mounted as high as possible, ideally on a pole or roof, to capture the strongest available signal from the nearest cell tower. Ensure there is at least 1-2 bars of signal outside your house for the booster to work effectively. The antenna should be positioned to face the direction of the strongest outdoor signal.

For optimal performance, maintain a minimum horizontal distance of 30 feet and a vertical distance of 13 feet between the outdoor and indoor antennas. This separation helps prevent oscillation and ensures maximum gain.

3.3. Indoor Antenna Placement
The indoor panel antenna should be placed in the area where you need the most signal improvement. Its radiation pattern is 80° horizontally and 70° vertically. Point the indoor antenna towards the desired coverage area. No drills are necessary for cable routing, as a window wire can be used to connect the outdoor antenna and the booster unit.

3.4. Connexió dels components
Connect the outdoor antenna to the booster's "Outdoor" port using the provided coaxial cable. Connect the indoor panel antenna to the booster's "Indoor" port. Finally, connect the 12V/3A AC/DC power supply to the booster unit and plug it into a power outlet. Ensure all connections are secure.

4. Instruccions de funcionament
Once installed, the booster will automatically begin to amplify the cellular signal. The LCD display on the unit provides real-time feedback on signal strength and gain for each supported band. The HiBoost App offers detailed monitoring and control features, allowing you to fine-tune settings for optimal performance.

The booster features Automatic Gain Control (AGC) to ensure stable performance and prevent self-oscillation. If an alarm LED illuminates, refer to the troubleshooting section. For best results, ensure the gain reaches about 60dB. If not, adjust antenna direction or increase separation between antennas.
5. Manteniment
The HiBoost signal booster is designed for durability and requires minimal maintenance. Keep the unit clean and free from dust. Ensure all cable connections remain secure. Periodically check the outdoor antenna for any physical damage or obstructions that might affect signal reception.
6. Solució De Problemes
If you experience issues with your signal booster, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- No Signal Improvement: Check outdoor antenna alignment. Ensure it's pointed towards the strongest cell tower. Verify all cable connections are tight. Increase separation between indoor and outdoor antennas.
- LED d'alarma encès: This indicates an oscillation or feedback issue. Adjust antenna positions to increase separation or add barriers between them. Check for loose connections.
